Reservation Guide
 Making a reservation
Please send 50% rent as deposit via wire transfer or paypal / credit card (foreigners only).
To cancel or to reschedule, please notify us three week prior to your original reservation dates.
During the Chinese New Year season, we take 100% rent for deposit due to high season volume and requests.
We will send you the payment / wire information to you after we receive your reservation request.
Sending the deposit to us automatically confirms your agreement to our terms and policies for the rental.
Changing the reservation date
Please notify before three week prior to the original reservation date.
If due to the weather conditions, such as typhoon or earthquake, we will only accept rescheduling or cancellation if the weather condition is occuring in Taipei city. No exception otherwise.
Cancelling the reservation
Please notify before three week prior to the original reservation date. We will charge 10% of your rental for the cancellation fee. If you make notification after three week prior to the original reservation date, we will not refund your deposit. |
